Release 0.4.0

New Features

• Adds the ability to enter buildings. Well, just the hospital for now
  • When entering buildings, the map transitions nicely to replace the outside world with the building tiles
  • This does break immersion somewhat for some buildings, since I decided not to hide all outside tiles

Bug Fixes

• Cutscenes should not trigger when in the wrong location on the map
